- Any complimentary service to be redeemed for a later date can ONLY be enjoyed by the Smart Saver app or coupon holder and is non-transferable.
- The Shopping & Services Offer must be validated or stamped by the establishment prior to it being redeemed for use at a later date.
How to Redeem Shopping & Services Offer
- Please ensure that you have read and understood the General Rules of Use, the Shopping & Services Offers Terms and Conditions, and the exclusion rules and offer cited on the Smart Saver website and app, and printed on the Smart Saver coupon you wish to redeem.
- Select the Smart Saver Offer you wish to redeem and carry your smartphone with the Smart Saver app or the Smart Saver coupon to the establishment.
- At the time of making your purchase/booking/transaction declare that you wish to redeem a Smart Saver Offer.
- Present the Smart Saver app on your smartphone or your Smart Saver coupon when making payment.
