What is the leader board?
The leader board is a table of savings made by you and your Savers Tribe and friends. This can be viewed when you select Profile.
How do I share my savings on social media?
Select Profile for a summary of your Redemption History. To share your summary on Social Media select the share option and choose your preferred platform. To share selected deals select the view more option and share the deal you desire to your preferred platform.
Can I change the email I used to register on the app?
For security reasons you cannot change the email address connected to your account.
How do I reset my password?
Select Profile > Settings > General > Reset Password option and follow the prompts.
How do I edit my account details?
Select Profile > Settings > General > Edit Account option and follow the prompts.
How do I keep note of my favourite deals?
If you find a deal that you like and would like to easily navigate to the establishment’s page, simply press the Favourites icon when you open that establishment’s page.
What are New Deals and Short Term Deals? How can I view them?
New deals are offer added to the app all around the year. While Short Term Deals are offer made available only for a limited period. In order to see New and Short Term Deals select View All at the top of each category page.
What are Badges and Levels?
Badges are earned through activity like change of profile and shares. They can be checked on your Profile Levels are a way of tracking your progress. The more Saver Points you accumulate the higher level you attain. Your level can be checked on your Profile.
